Terms of Service - Vikaba

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vikaba ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Vikaba is operated by Vikaba, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Vikaba provides AI-powered architectural redesign and cost estimation tools. Users can upload room photos, generate AI redesigns in various styles, and receive itemized cost breakdowns. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not share accounts or transfer them without our consent.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as provided in our 14-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Credits do not carry over between billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated designs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may not use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party rights. Vikaba retains all rights to the platform, technology, and branding.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to upload harmful content, to reverse-engineer our AI models, or to abuse rate limits or credits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cost estimates are AI-generated approximations and should not be treated as professional appraisals or quotes. Vikaba is not liable for any decisions made based on generated estimates or designs. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
